School Employers Association of California (SEAC) and Total School Solutions (TSS) Announce New Partnership

Total School Solutions (TSS) and School Employers Association of California (SEAC) are pleased to announce an exciting new partnership to support school district leaders throughout the state in collective bargaining and human resources management.
SEAC has been providing support to school district management and governing boards since 1976, in employer-employee relations with special emphasis on providing support in the collective bargaining process. SEAC provides research, training and advocacy in support of management’s rights in collective bargaining and human resources management. TSS provides high quality services in virtually every aspect of school and district operations, including human resources; and offers practical, supportive solutions in moving districts toward enhanced performance and success.
By pooling their professional resources and decades of experience, the two organizations will be able to provide California’s school district management with relevant collective bargaining approaches, and enhanced human resources assistance. Together they will work with leaders to focus on the impact negotiated agreements can have on students and educational program.
